Frequently asked questions

How do I know my property is being looked after?
After every visit we send you a photo report documenting all key areas of the property — electrics, plumbing, exterior, pool, garden and more. You get a timestamped visual record every time we call, so you always know exactly how your home looks.
Can you manage my rental bookings?
We handle the on-the-ground work that makes rentals run smoothly: turnover cleaning between guests, linen changes, consumable restocking and key handover or lockbox management. We work alongside your Airbnb, Booking.com or direct booking calendar.
What if something breaks while I'm away?
We alert you immediately with photos and an assessment. Depending on your package we can coordinate a trusted local tradesperson to fix the issue on your behalf — no need for you to travel. With our Insurance Claims Support add-on we also handle the insurer directly.
Do you cover the whole Costa Blanca?
Yes — we cover the full stretch from Denia in the north down through Javea, Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm and Villajoyosa to Alicante, and south to Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa and Guardamar. For properties further afield, contact us for a quote.
